Czech Bugles

Japanese Bugles

 Japanese Bugles differ from Czech bugles in their shape and colours. Miyuki Bugles are 1.7mm in diameter, with a .8mm inner hole. Matsuno Bugles are 2.0mm in diameter, with an inner hole of .8mm. Japanese Bugles are available both straight and twisted.

Czech Bugles are made similarly to the Czech Seed beads. They are given a heat polish to provide an increased and more effective sparkle. The diameter is 2.1mm and the inner hole is .7mm.

Bugles have sharp edges. Make sure to use high quality beading thread, like Fireline, or a bead stopper on either side to avoid thread breakage.
